At MAC, we believe every child deserves the opportunity to explore, learn, and enjoy experiences that enrich their lives. This year, we were proud to support Woodlands School, a dedicated SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) school on Bransgrove Road, Edgware.

Understanding the unique needs of the students, MAC contributed in several meaningful ways:

1. Special Needs Trikes for SEND Students: In May 2025, we donated two specially designed trikes, giving SEND children the freedom to enjoy outdoor play and develop their coordination, confidence, and independence.
2. Horse Riding for SEND Children: Also in May 2025, MAC covered the full-year fees for horse riding sessions for the SEND students. This activity supports physical development, social skills, emotional well-being, and a sense of achievement.
3. Christmas Gifts for SEND Students: In November 2025, we donated towards the children’s Christmas gifts, bringing festive joy to the SEND students and their families.

While local authorities provide statutory support for SEND education, additional activities like these often fall outside the core budget and rely on external funding. MAC is proud to play a role in ensuring SEND children at Woodlands School can access these enriching opportunities.

Through initiatives like these, we continue to uphold our commitment to supporting local communities and helping SEND children thrive.
